Thank you for visiting Equity One’s web site. This Policy describes how Equity One and its affiliates treat personal information that Equity One collects and receives from you. Tenant Information

The Tenant Services section of Equity One’s website allows tenants to submit a Work Order to us and to submit sales information to us in connection with the terms of your lease. Equity One will endeavor to securely maintain the personal information that it provided. We offer the use of a secure server when you place orders or access your account information. We encrypt your information before it is sent to us and take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used. Equity One Inc may use this information to contact you should we have questions regarding the information that you submitted under the terms of your Lease.

Accuracy and Integrity of Information

Equity One makes information available through its web site, including information regarding properties for sale, site plans and demographic information. All of the information on the website is solely for the purpose of identifying approximate locations and sizes and is subject to change without notice at the discretion of Equity One. Unit numbers as indicated are not necessarily the actual size and are only intended for use as a reference. Equity One attempts to ensure the accurateness of the site, but makes no guarantee whatsoever.
