Equity One is seeking retail properties in these markets:
- Major metropolitan and strong secondary markets of Florida;
- Metropolitan Atlanta;
- The Charlotte, Raleigh - Durham markets in North Carolina;
- Coastal areas along the Eastern Seaboard;
- Metropolitan Baltimore - Washington;
- Greater Metropolitan New York;
- Metropolitan areas of New England;
- Major Metropolitan areas of California - Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County, San Diego;
- Metropolitan Seattle - Washington;
- Greater Chicago;
Center Criteria:
- Anchored and larger unanchored retail centers;
- Average household income to be in the upper percentile in its market;
- Excellent visibility;
- Good ingress/egress with median cuts, preferably located on a signalized corner;
- Minimum of 65,000 square feet. No Maximum Size Requirement;
- Redevelopment and/or re-tenanting opportunities are considered in well located areas;
- Will consider locations which have short terms remaining on anchor leases;
- Will consider high end downtown retail in major metropolitan areas;
- We are an all cash buyer and will also assume debt.
Yield Criteria:
- Tenant's credit, remaining term, existing debt and other factors contributing greatly in determining yield.
